Create a bold presence with the top 5 virtual offices in Liverpool

  • Location and Accessibility: We prioritised virtual offices in prime Liverpool areas close to transport links, business districts, and parking options. We also verified addresses using Google Maps and official websites to confirm accessibility.
  • Pricing and Value: Cost matters, so we compared basic and premium packages across all providers to determine the best value. Pricing was checked directly from official websites and confirmed with customer service where possible.
  • Included Services: Not all virtual offices offer the same perks. We reviewed service lists for mail handling, call answering, and meeting room access on official sites and brochures to ensure accurate details.
  • Flexibility and Terms: Businesses need adaptable plans, so we looked at contract lengths, cancellation policies, and upgrade options. This info was taken from providers’ terms pages and verified through FAQs.
  • Customer Reviews and Reputation: Real feedback matters, so we scanned Google Reviews, TrustPilot, and social media mentions for each location. We focused on comments about reliability, staff responsiveness, and overall experience.
  • Extra Perks and Networking Opportunities: Some spaces go beyond basics, offering co-working access or events. We verified this through providers' websites, virtual tours, and by reviewing customer feedback on added community benefits.

If you just need a genuine Liverpool business presence without paying for an office you’ll never use, Virtually There keeps things lean and wallet-friendly.

Its core service is a professional business/registered address with mail handling, which you manage through an easy-to-use online dashboard.

From there, you can bolt on extras like mail scanning and forwarding, a local landline, live call answering, and even virtual PA support as your needs grow.

When it comes to pricing, startup-friendly rates are a big draw. Recent deal guides show business address plans from about £10/month, registered office add-ons from £7, and call answering from roughly £25/month.

However, it’s worth noting that VAT and optional extras (like mail forwarding or registry services) can push the final cost higher than that tempting £10 headline rate. There’s also no co-working lounge, so you need to plan face-to-face meetings with clients elsewhere.

Pros

  • Affordable entry-level pricing
  • Flexible add-on options
  • Easy online dashboard
  • Professional Liverpool address

Cons

  • No co-working lounge
  • VAT increases the cost

Exceptional level of support

From the moment I created my account, I had the pleasure of interacting with Maya, both a sales and customer service representative. Her energy, care, and willingness to help stood out immediately, making me feel confident that I had made the right choice. I was initially drawn in by the consistently high online reviews—and Maya absolutely reinforced that reputation. She made the entire process of setting up and registering my company seamless, answering all my questions patiently and going above and beyond to accommodate my urgent timeline. She even stayed beyond her usual hours and kept every promise she made—if anything, she under-promised and over-delivered. I recently encountered another issue and instantly recognized Maya’s voice. Once again, she provided the same exceptional level of support and positivity. She’s been a key part of making this experience truly outstanding. Maya is a gem—keep an eye on her. She’s an asset to your team.

A breath of fresh air in business

“A breath of fresh air in business. From start to finish, setting up my company with this team has been one of the easiest, most aligned experiences I’ve had. Grace and Maya were not only incredibly professional, but also warm, friendly, and truly human in their approach—such a rare and beautiful quality in this space. What stood out most was how soulfully aligned their values are with mine. They’ve built their business on the principle that simplicity is best—and it shows in every interaction. The process was clear, fast, and stress-free—something I never thought I’d say after past experiences registering a business. This was a powerful reminder that there is better out there. Grace and Maya, thank you both. Your service is a breath of fresh air, and a model for how business should be done. I’m deeply grateful for your support and professionalism—and I know many others will be too.”

Staff and centre are incredible

“I haven’t used this location as much as others, which is a shame as the staff and centre are incredible. It’s not the best location for me as most of my client’s tend to be more central, however, its a great building and close to plenty of amenities. Most impressively are the staff that man he centre. Everyone makes a huge effort to talk to you and they introduce you to clients – it has a real community feel. The few times I have been, the staff have upgraded me to a private room as their reception had been very busy with visitors and the lounge area is open to reception. If I needed an office in Liverpool, there is no doubt this would be the one I would choose and I have recommended it to friends and business associates. Great team who make that centre a joy to be in.”

Extremely kind and helpful

“The staff in Regus Liverpool City Centre has been extremely kind and helpful, even when I contacted them by email before my visit to the office. You could not ask for a more professional team in the reception. The office is really well located, easy to find, near many options for coffee/lunch + the points of interest, in case you are also visiting the city. Facilities were in perfect conditions. Kitchen was well equipped. You can tell people working there is on every detail.”

We had viewed many serviced offices but the combination of the team and the property we felt was truly reflective of our brand and somewhere we would feel proud to meet our clients. Its not just a serviced office.. Its an extension to our team!”

“We’ve just opened our new office in Orega where we will be providing accounting, business advisory and wealth management services in and around Merseyside. Security is excellent

“I’ve been at Clockwise Liverpool for the last four years and have thoroughly enjoyed using their serviced offices and co-working spaces.  Over that time, I’ve found so much to appreciate. The location is simply the best in Liverpool, right at the iconic Albert Dock.  The décor is fantastic – modern and stylish, yet it beautifully retains the contemporary and historical elements of the old warehouses, creating a unique and inspiring atmosphere.  Security is excellent, providing peace of mind, and the service is consistently top-notch. The staff are incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile.  The facilities are great, catering to all my needs, and the overall atmosphere is brilliant.  I genuinely love working there.”

Amazing staff

“Clockwise! Wow what an experience! The most amazing building in the world, I started here 14 months ago, not knowing what to expect, not knowing if my business was going to take off and wow here I am 15 months later with a waiting list of 5 months!! The building is incredible along with the amazing staff who are incredible too. They’re all super beautiful and nothing is ever to much and they’re all so helpful. Can’t thank you enough for everything you do. I honestly believe my business wouldn’t have took off how it has if I didn’t begin in clockwise and this amazing building. Not enough words guys!!! You’re all the best and I am incredibly lucky to have my practice in this amazing building. Thank you for everything you all do and making my experience and my practice magical!! Lots of love Lauren xx.”

If you love a creative, open-plan vibe, Spaces at Ropewalks can be one of your options. Housed in a refurbished warehouse with warm timber finishes and underfloor heating, it offers a bright, stylish setting that feels more agency-chic than corporate.

We love the multiple lounge areas. These include kitchen access, complimentary coffee and water, and meeting rooms that can be booked by the hour or day. Half-day or full-day meeting packages even include unlimited drinks and optional lunch catering, which is a nice touch.

Spaces’ virtual office packages are top-notch. They typically include a trading address and mail handling, with upgrades available for co-working access.

Pricing isn’t fixed online, but brokers show office memberships from £170/month and co-working from £197/month. So, you may want to get a quote for specifics.

The only downside is that some users report hidden fees and invoicing headaches across brands. So, read the fine print before committing.

Pros

  • Stylish warehouse-style setting
  • Free coffee and water
  • Multiple lounge and kitchen areas
  • Flexible meeting room packages

Cons

  • Reports of Hidden fees
  • Reports of invoicing issues

Super useful

“I’ve rented a co-working desk in Spaces for around 18 months now and it’s a great alternative to working from home for me. As I work a flexible schedule, the 24 hour access is super useful. The office is decorated nicely & the option to sit in the booths/meeting pods is a good alternative to sitting at your desk all day. Lauren on reception is great and is always on hand to help if you need anything!”

Really friendly and helpful

“Great location and a modern vibrant working environment. The team are all really friendly and helpful, Lauren who manages the office space is always friendly, engaging, helpful and efficient when dealing with any requests.”
