As the leaflets we ordered online from a different company didn’t arrive on time. Mark from RTS managed to design and print absolutely beautiful leaflets in only 3hrs, the same day. We could not believe they looked so brilliant, given the ridiculously small amount of time we gave him. I’m in my last year at university and was getting my portfolio made into a professionally bound book by another company but using RTS to print the pages. To cut a long story short, I had never made a book before and was a bit clueless on how to set the files up. A gentleman at RTS took almost 3 hours out of his day to help me get the files set up correctly for printing and even spoke to the binding company, via phone, on numerous occasions to make sure it was right. Without RTS I definitely wouldn’t have been able to get my portfolio done.
