“Fantastic service from day 1 when Simon spent time discussing options for supply and installation of shutter blinds for a number of windows including a large shaped feature window. Having had a previous quote from another local shutter company I was surprised that Excell’s price was significantly cheaper for a superior product and therefore placed the order and paid the 50% deposit. During the order period I was kept regularly updated on the progression during difficult times with lockdowns & brexit import issues and as soon as the shutters had arrived I had a fitting date booked within 3 days! During the installation, I was a little concerned about how the finishing will look as the plasterwork around the feature window was not quite plumb, but the experience of Carl (the fitter) had seen it all before and provided a installation to the highest workmanship levels (and also cleaned up after himself!)

“I did much research before deciding on where to go for my shutters and wanted to get the right people for the job since they cost so much. I made a good choice with perfect shutters. They have been fitted beautifully and the staff through the whole process have been great. I think it’s important to do your research as you may pay less else wear and save a couple of hundred pounds but the long term costs of getting something you don’t want and to a poor standard is much worse. The quality and fitting of the shutters is a crucial element to the overall appearance and this is why perfect shutters stand out. Many people will have shutters fitted but when you look at the fitting it is often poor. The fitters clean up after themselves and look after your belongings as well. “Have used Manhattan Blinds a few years back & whilst decorating I managed to damage the end cap when taking the track down over the patio doors. A quick visit into store to ask if I could purchase the piece & the lovely staff there gave me a few as spares, advised the best way to reapply the piece, wouldn’t take any money & also offered if I was unable to do the repair to pop the track into shop & they would sort it.
