I visited Total Floors to see what they offered, and I left impressed. Walking into their showroom, each product feels carefully chosen rather than mass-produced.
Everything they offered, from laminate to epoxy resin floors, speaks quality. Their epoxy range has that glossy feel. Meanwhile, their laminate range spans classic wood tones and waterproof variants.
During my visit, the staff took me through the pros and cons of each material. They suggested practical picks for different rooms (epoxy in high-traffic areas and laminate in other parts of the house).
I also appreciated that they emphasise a “complete supply & fit” approach. This means you don’t have to juggle multiple contractors because they handle everything, from helping you pick up materials to the full installation.
If there’s one caveat, it’s that they take a long time to answer emails and texts. I had to personally visit them to view their showroom.

I wasn’t disappointed. They were very responsive to my initial request for a quote coming out to understand my requirements within a few days of request and providing the quote very quickly which was well received.
Robin is respectful and customer focused. Its clear he is really skilled at his craft , is hardworking and pays attention to detail when doing his job.
He was also very tidy and made sure there was no mess left when the job was completed.
